Description
In this interactive H5P lesson you learn which feelings social media use can trigger and how likes, comparisons with others and notifications affect them. Through comparisons and short tasks you practise noticing your own reactions and handling them more consciously.
Approximate school grade (ages 12 to 14):
- Germany Klasse 7-9,
- France 6e to 4e (collège),
